The Ultimate Demotivators

Do you work for a company that has all those motivational pictures on the walls about teamwork or determination?  Well, back in college I found a hilarious site called despair.com .  They are demotivators.  If you’re a fan of Jack Handy or just have a good sense of humor you’ll find these entertaining.  I’m glad I rediscovered them.  You should start out with the founder and COO’s statement about the psychology of motivation.  Here are two of my favorites:

Arrogance: “The best leaders inspire by example.  When that’s not an option, brute intimidation works pretty well, too.” 
Blogging: “Never before have so many people with so little to say said so much to so few.”

    Because nothing says “you’re a loser” more than owning a motivational poster about being a winner.
